Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Welcome to Iuria, a service operated by IURIA SIA ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Latvia. By accessing or using Iuria ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use Iuria on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The Service
Iuria connects to the email and calendar you authorise, recognises the client and the right work record, and prepares files, tasks, reminders, time and billing for your approval. The Service is currently offered as a private beta and may change as it develops.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Connected Accounts and Approval
You control which mailboxes, folders and senders Iuria can access. Iuria acts only on the data within the scope you connect, and nothing is saved or sent without your approval. You remain responsible for reviewing the records, tasks, time and billing that Iuria prepares before saving or sending them.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Plans: Solo, Team and Firm, each on monthly or annual billing. Plan features and prices are listed on our pricing page.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
- Payment processor: payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Billing management: you can view invoices, change plans, update payment methods and cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Prices and taxes: prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law.
- Trials: where a free trial is offered, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is restored.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not use Iuria for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it, or connect or process data you do not have the right to process.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the website design, logos and branding, is owned by IURIA SIA. Your data and content remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Beta and Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IURIA SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IURIA SIA harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
